Join Pebbles Care as Head of Psychology in our mission to lead the way in bespoke, therapeutic care and education for our young people.
As the Head of Psychology, you will be responsible for overseeing the further development and implementation of Pebbles psychological programs and services to support our children, while working closely with our homes, education teams and external agencies.
Your role
You will play a pivotal role in assessing, intervening, and providing therapeutic support for our children. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing models of practice that address the impact of traumatic development histories for some of the young people we support.
You will mentor and lead our team of in-house forensic psychologists who are currently in training, in addition to supporting our assistant psychologist. Demonstrate a commitment to enhancing positive outcomes for the young people in our care and education, across our 56 homes and 3 schools.
You will work in close conjunction with our Commissioning Team and Registered Managers to facilitate Pebbles matching process. While overseeing the assessment and formulation of care and risk plans for our Young People.
